I can't remember the last time I saw such an overwhelming response to a "new" supplement. I remember very well the crazes over things like Ginko, CoQ10, green tea extract, and other natural products that were basically going to make us immortal.
While all of those components definitely do have their place -- and from what I've experienced and from what I've read, they definitely do have some great effects and impact on our overall health -- the supplement that tops them all both in terms of interest and in terms of confirmed results documented in scientific laboratories, is Resveratrol.
But does that mean that everyone should go out and immediately start taking Resveratrol capsules? Well, the answer to that is a little bit more complicated than just a simple yes or no.
