I purchased a Bowflex TC5000 from Amazon, as it was the best price, saving me several hundred dollars from bowflex's price. After I received the product and called Boxflex to register it, I was told the warranty wouldn't apply as I didn't buy it through Bowflex. I called Amazon and they straightened it out by advocating on my behalf, now it is under the same warranty as if purchased from Boxflex. Thanks Amazon for smoothing out the bumps for my treadclimber purchase.
